Privacy Policy
ReadyLoop is developed and published by Pekdemir Labs — the studio of independent developer Yakup Pekdemir. This policy explains what information ReadyLoop handles and where it lives. It is intentionally short, because the honest answer is simple: your data stays with you.

The short version
- ReadyLoop has no accounts and no sign-in.
- We run no servers for your data and we cannot see your runbooks, runs, or notes.
- The app contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs.
- Everything you create is stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud Sync, it is also stored in your own private iCloud database, which we cannot access.
- The App Store privacy label for ReadyLoop is “Data Not Collected.”
Information we collect
None. ReadyLoop does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. The app makes no network requests of its own; the only network activity comes from Apple frameworks — StoreKit for purchases and, if you enable it, CloudKit for iCloud Sync — both operated by Apple under Apple’s terms.
Information stored on your device
When you use ReadyLoop, the content you create — runbooks, steps, runs, notes, reminders, and settings — is stored locally on your device. The home screen widget, Lock Screen widgets, and the Live Activity read this same on-device data; they do not send it anywhere.
Optional iCloud Sync
iCloud Sync is off by default. If you turn it on (a Pro feature), your runbooks and history are stored in the private CloudKit database of your own iCloud account so that your data can follow you across your devices. This data is handled by Apple under the Apple iCloud terms; it is not accessible to us. Turning sync off stops further syncing. Content you delete in the app is removed from your device and, when sync is on, from your private iCloud database as well.
Purchases
ReadyLoop Pro is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, payment details, or billing address. The app checks your purchase status on the device using Apple’s StoreKit framework so that Pro stays unlocked, including offline.
Notifications
All ReadyLoop notifications are local notifications, scheduled on your device only when you set them up (a per-runbook start cue, and an optional single reminder for a run left open). We do not send push notifications and no notification data leaves your device. You can disable notifications at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.
Export and import
You can export your data as a JSON file and import it again at any time. Exports are created on your device and shared only through the iOS share sheet, to a destination you choose. What you do with an exported file is under your control; we never receive a copy.
Data retention and deletion
We retain nothing, because we hold nothing. Your data exists only on your device and, if you enabled sync, in your private iCloud database. To delete everything, use Settings → Delete all data inside the app (this also removes synced data when sync is on), or delete the app itself. If you used iCloud Sync and delete the app without deleting your data first, a copy may remain in your iCloud until you remove it from within the app or via your iCloud storage settings.
Children
ReadyLoop is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed at children. Since the app collects no personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights over personal data that a company holds about you. We do not hold any personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or erase on our side — the controls above (in-app deletion, iCloud settings) act directly on the only copies that exist. If you have any question about this policy, contact us and we will answer plainly.
Changes to this policy
If ReadyLoop’s data practices ever change, we will update this page and the effective date, and describe the change in the app’s release notes. A change will never retroactively apply to data we do not have.
